Having worked in the local area for many years I decided to launch Gerard’s Property Services as I wanted to build on past experience working in the area for over 18 years and establish an independent agency which caters for the needs of the local community. We pride ourselves in our excellent reputation which can be seen by constant recommendations from past clients. We are proactive and professional and offer utmost discretion to both vendors and purchasers alike. We appreciate people are different and we seek to always listen to the needs of our clients. Most of all is we are all passionate about property and that’s what makes the difference.
Meet The Team
I originate from Ireland but have lived in the UK for the last 24 years after leaving college. I commenced my working life as a trainee accountant but quickly decided this was not a path for me. I have always had a passion for property and when I joined an agency in East London over 20 years ago I quickly realised I had found a job that I love and am still passionate about.
I have a strong background in residential sales and valuations in the local area and I feel that it is this continuity of always working locally has allowed me to rise through the ranks in my previous company and was promoted to position of associate director before embarking on this new chapter in my life.
I am excited at having opened my own agency and look forward to providing an excellent service to both new and repeat clients.
I have forged many longstanding friendships during my working career and have always found that personal recommendation has always helped me in sales instructions.
In my spare time I love to travel and have done so extensively over the years. I do love musical theatre and can always be forced to go to a nice restaurant. I am an active member of our local gym and try to get there at least 3-4 times a week.
Milo fell into estate agency in 2001 when a friend that owned three offices in Islington asked if he could help out one busy weekend. The rest as they say is history.
He has now spent the past 17 years working across North London and South Essex and has an enviable reputation when it comes to understanding his clients needs and ensuring that sales are well managed, complete smoothly and in the best possible time frames.
Particularly well versed in all aspects of leasehold transactions, if you have a problem freeholder or diminished lease it’s well worth talking to Milo directly, he can give you a great understanding of what needs to happen to see that your sale is successful.
Nfopp level 3 qualified in all aspects of residential sales, an experienced property valuer and well connected with conveyancing experts, surveyors and some excellent financial advisors.
Born and raised in North London and now happily living locally with his wife, young daughter and his old Greyhound Charlie. Loves his football team, helping out at his daughters school and cooking with wine (make of that what you will, he tells us it goes in the food).
I joined Gerard’s Property Services at inception and have a wealth of experience in the property industry after working for various companies as a secretary, PA, and Office Manager over the past 10 years. In this time, I have developed an understanding of clients need and expectations and my aim is to work alongside the negotiators to ensure that all sales progress smoothly. I feel that both seller and purchaser are equally as important to us and so I see my role as providing support to the team in order that they can fulfil their duties to the highest standard for both parties.
I am a very creative person outside of work and one of my major achievement is to have trained as a Milliner with the former milliner of HRH The Queen Mother.
I joined Gerard's Property Services in May 2018 as Team Secretary, working alongside Rosa, bringing with me 9 years' experience within the property industry. My working background is in front-line reception, for the motor, telecoms and engineering sectors before moving into the medical field as a PA to a cardiac specialist. My role at GPS is varied and interesting, with no two days being the same. I enjoy a fast paced working environment and supporting the team with their day-to-day administration requirements, ensuring the smooth running of the sales process from start to finish. Outside of work my main time is spent with family and friends, I have two amazing Grandchildren, who I adore and keep me on my toes.
Tracey joined the team in March 2019 to establish Gerard’s Select Letting Services. Originally from the North of England Tracey’s first passion was to join the Police force but unfortunately due to height restrictions back in the day it was not meant to be. Tracey then traveled extensively before embarking on her initial letting’s role in the Balearic Islands. After a period of 6 years she returned to the UK and continued to build a very successful lettings career for an established local agent for 14 years rising to the position of Lettings Manager. Looking for a fresh challenge and to provide a more independent personal service Tracey joined Gerard’s Select Letting Service and she is looking forward to driving the business forward with her strong ethos of customer care and professionalism to both Landlords and tenants alike.
In her spare time Tracy loves going to the gym eating out (not too healthy lol!) and has just acquired a beautiful Wheaton terrier called Biscuit who rules her life.
